Famous Donkey Dead

Familiar Animal on Delta Roads is Victim of Elements

Ladner, Delta, Feb 17 - There is much regret throughout the Delta, among the younger generation, for Jordan's donkey is dead.  Although only a donkey, this animal was far more intelligent than the majority of its kind and even in Vancouver Jordan's donkey was a popular favorite.  At many a show in the Terminal City Jordan's donkey played an important part, and no doubt many Vancouver children will be sorry to learn that the donkey is dead.  In some manner the animal lost its way in the recent snowstorm and on a lonely road expired, a victim of the elements.
